    Organised under the leadership of the United Chinese School Committees’ Association of Selangor and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, our students participated in the 12th Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang Independent Chinese Secondary Schools English Forum Competition. The competition aimed to foster critical thinking, enhance public speaking skills, and encourage intellectual discourse among students. The event was held on Saturday, 1 August 2026, at the Pin Hwa High School Auditorium.

    Our school was proudly represented by a five-member panel who addressed the challenging topic, “Mental Health Among Students: A Shared Responsibility.” Through their harmonious teamwork, confident presentation, and persuasive delivery, the team demonstrated commendable performance and was honoured with the Encouragement Award.

    Behind this achievement were weeks of meticulous preparation, intensive brainstorming, and dedicated practice. The students’ journey was closely guided by our committed teachers-in-charge for the 2026 Forum Competition. They devoted countless afternoons to assisting the team in researching relevant arguments, refining their scripts, strengthening their presentation skills, and preparing them to respond confidently to challenging and unpredictable questions from the floor. Their unwavering guidance, encouragement, and support played a significant role in helping the students perform to the best of their abilities.

    Facing stiff competition from established independent Chinese secondary schools across four states, our team successfully brought home the Encouragement Award! We extend our heartiest congratulations to the team and their dedicated teachers-in-charge on this remarkable achievement. We are incredibly proud of our students for representing our school with such confidence, determination, and excellence on the regional stage. A special salute goes to the guiding teachers for their unwavering dedication, guidance, and encouragement throughout the preparation. Their commitment and support played an invaluable role in helping the team achieve this well-deserved recognition.
